Tables, Desks, doors & Countertops
For large, expansive surfaces like custom dining tables, executive desks, and kitchen island countertops, our pricing is calculated cleanly by the square foot based on the level of care required:
Basic service: The Artisan Refresh ($8 – $12 per sq. ft.) Best for structurally sound wood that is looking dry, thirsty, or sun-faded. We deep-clean the pores and hand-infuse botanical conditioning oils or museum-grade waxes to restore that rich, native glow.
Intermediate service: The Surface Revival ($15 – $25 per sq. ft.) Ideal for active surfaces with light scratches, minor pressure dents, or superficial water rings. Includes precision touch-ups, dustless scuff-sanding, and a fresh protective hardwax oil wear layer.
Advanced service: Heirloom & Structural Restoration ($40 – $60+ per sq. ft.) For advanced finish failure, deep chemical stains, or loose structural joinery. Includes building an on-site dust-containment zone, mechanical abrasion back to raw native grain,
What to expect
Floating Shelves & Fireplace Mantles
For architectural wood features where depth is standard (such as fireplace mantles, floating shelves, or long ledge caps), budgeting is based simply on the total length (linear footage):
The Artisan Refresh ($15 – $20 per linear foot) Safely decontaminates and deeply hydrates parched shelves or mantles that have been dried out by constant indoor air conditioning.
The Surface Revival ($35 – $50 per linear foot) Eliminates light scuffs, edge dings, or soot/smoke staining on mantles, followed by a premium protective topcoat lock.
The Multi-Shelf Volume Discount (4+ Shelves) If you have a full wall collection or multiple alcove shelves in one room, we offer a 15% to 20% volume discount on the linear foot rate since our dustless setups are already in place.
Accent & Architectural Furniture
For individual standalone pieces, we utilize flat-rate baselines based on the size and complexity of the item.

Important Booking Guidelines:
Our On-Site Visit Minimum: To cover our specialized tool mobilization, dust-extraction setups, and windshield time, we enforce a strict $250 minimum total per home visit. You are welcome to bundle multiple small accent pieces or shelves together to comfortably meet this minimum.
Our Service Area: Standard flat rates apply to all locations within a 30-mile radius of Surprise, AZ (including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Mesa). Locations past 31 miles incur a flat $95 travel and logistics fee.
